1. Reservations and Payments
- All reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
- A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the room type and time of year.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in may incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 12:00 AM
- Check-out time: 11:00 PM
- Late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the room and its contents during their stay.
- Any damage caused by a guest will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
4. Privacy and Security
- Hotel DC Star respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
- Surveillance cameras are in place in public areas for the safety and security of our guests and staff.
5. Pets
- Pets are not allowed on hotel premises, except for service animals with proper documentation.
6. Hotel Liability
- Hotel DC Star is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas.
- We recommend securing valuables in the in-room safe or depositing them at the front desk.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the region in which Hotel DC Star is located. Any disputes will be resolved in the local jurisdiction.
